Gathering Heart and Condensing Force to Sharpen Forward-Dandong Ruite Group Construction Tour

Through the beauty of spring and the prosperity of summer, we ushered in the golden autumn of October, and also ushered in the two-day tour of Dandong Ruite on October 9, 2021.

The first day was overcast and rainy, but we braved the difficulties and embarked on the journey to the CS expansion base of the brother company. The CS expansion base of the brother company is located in Tongxing Town, Dandong City, with beautiful scenery. There is also a planting base of Dandong's characteristic small berry kiwi berry nearby. When we arrived at the brother company, we officially started the construction of our group. First of all, we randomly counted and divided into two teams named "King's Team" and "King Kong Team" respectively. With loud team slogans and cheering shouts, we had a game of riding caterpillars and tortoises and rabbits. Each team member is working hard for his team to win. After that, there was a CS red and blue match and a CS captain guarding match. With the progress of the game, we not only became familiar with each other, but also enhanced our team cooperation ability, which benefited everyone greatly. The so-called single wire does not form a line, and a single tree does not form a forest; the same piece of iron can be sawed and melted, or it can be refined into steel; the same team can do nothing, and it can also achieve great things. There are various roles in a team. As long as you find your own position, unity and cooperation can be called a perfect team!

After the outdoor game part, after a 2-hour drive, we arrived at Qingshagou, a scenic spot in Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, Dandong City, Liaoning Province. After the renovation of the accommodation place, we tasted the roast whole sheep feast with unique local characteristics in the evening. After dinner, it was a very interesting game adventure. Everyone enthusiastically participated in it. Through a series of games, many colleagues from different departments were gradually familiar with it, and everyone has won a rich prize, it can be said that everyone is full of harvest, full of return.

Our original trip on the second day was to enjoy the beautiful Baibu Gorge Waterfall in Qingshan Gully and the unique red maple leaves in autumn. However, due to the weather, we changed our trip, so we took a bus from Qingshan Gully in Kuandian to Kuandian Estuary, where peach blossoms are in full bloom. The estuary has not only 10,000 mu of Taoyuan but also an estuary bridge. The estuary bridge, formerly known as Qingcheng bridge, is a highway bridge, however, during the period of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, part of the broken bridge at the mouth of the river was blown up by American planes. We took a boat tour and were lucky to enjoy the broken bridge together with the surrounding natural scenery and red relics. Listening to the introduction of the guide on board, we all inspired our patriotic feelings.

After this group tour, we not only visited the magnificence of the natural landscape, but also the estuary with red relics is more worthy of our understanding and visit. Through active participation in various interesting games, everyone in the Rhett team felt the spirit of mutual cooperation and mutual assistance, and also showed our spiritual style. This group building has allowed all our employees to relax and find a different self. In the future, we will use a full mental state and devote greater enthusiasm to our work to create a brilliant tomorrow.
