On March 29, 2025, a team of experts from the Northeast Institute of Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "CAS Institute of Geography") visited Rite Technology Co., Ltd. The implementation of cutting-edge technologies from the Institute of Geographic Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Dandong—jointly tackling the challenging issue of scientific management of straw residues alongside Dandong’s local tech firm, Ruite Technology—is not only a vivid demonstration of technology-driven ecological advancement but also a crucial step toward establishing Dandong as a benchmark for collaborative innovation among research institutions, local governments, and enterprises!

 

The team from the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences, showcased its core achievements in years of dedicated research on the scientific management of straw: a “Straw Science Management Platform” based on remote sensing monitoring and big data analytics, featuring an intelligent decision-making model that covers the entire straw management chain, as well as nationwide experience in the scientific management and comprehensive utilization of straw. Rite Technology demonstrated its independently developed “Integrated Space-Air-Ground Monitoring System,” leveraging the strengths of both parties to engage in deepened cooperation and jointly develop next-generation technologies for the scientific management of straw.
