Government and enterprises join forces to promote development! Leaders from the Municipal United Front Work Department and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce visited and provided guidance at Ruite Technology.

On September 19, 2025, Zhang Dan, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Dandong Municipal Party Committee and Party Secretary of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, paid a visit to Dandong Ruite Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an inspection and research. The purpose of this visit was to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s current development status, help the company address its challenges, and further promote the upgrading of the regional industry.

During the research visit, Ma Mingjie, General Manager of Rite Technology, provided a detailed report on the company’s development status. He focused his presentation on the three core areas—R&D, production, and sales—and highlighted the company’s ongoing R&D projects as well as its already-launched R&D products. He clearly outlined the company’s progress and achievements in technological innovation, capacity planning, and market expansion.

At the R&D center, General Manager Ma Mingjie introduced the company’s current R&D priorities, drawing on the equipment configuration of the R&D laboratory and the composition of the technical team. The focus is on achieving breakthroughs in core technologies within the advanced manufacturing sector—from precision components with independent intellectual property rights to customized components tailored for high-end equipment. Also highlighted was the company’s newly launched benthic marine organism identification system, which has achieved a breakthrough in rapid species classification and precise population counting. Each product’s technical specifications, application scenarios, and market feedback were meticulously analyzed and explained.

In the production workshop, as we spoke and guided the team through key processes—from real-time data monitoring during machining to multi-dimensional performance testing before finished products leave the factory—every step of meticulous management vividly demonstrated the company’s relentless pursuit of “high quality.”

At the symposium, General Manager Ma Mingjie engaged in an in-depth exchange on technological innovation, industrial chain collaboration, and market expansion. Zhang Dan, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, explicitly stated that they would fully leverage the resource integration advantages of the united front system to establish a platform for communication between government and enterprises, thereby ensuring that enterprise-friendly policies are precisely and effectively delivered to businesses. Both sides also discussed topics such as optimizing the business environment and boosting the vitality of the private economy, encouraging enterprises to remain confident in their development, continue to increase investment in innovation, and strive to excel and strengthen their positions in niche markets.

Rite Technology will take leadership in research and guidance as its guiding principle, transforming the government’s care and support into driving forces for development. We will continue to increase investment in R&D and accelerate the commercialization of our pipeline products. In production, we will optimize capacity deployment, further enhance automation levels, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
