Operating humidity range: 10-95% RH;

Silanization treatment of gas circuit components to reduce the adsorption of VOCs;

It is required to have the functions of scheduled sampling and real-time sampling, and the sampling time, sampling period and sampling frequency can be set;

Control mode: precision electronic flow control, flow range 1-100 ml/min, accuracy <± 2%;

The sampling duration can be set according to the sampling requirements (the Suma tank is filled with a fixed duration), and the system automatically calculates the sampling flow without manual calculation of the sampling flow;

It has the function of automatic monitoring the leakage of the Su code tank. When the Su code tank leaks, the system will continue to sample or stop sampling according to the settings, and give an alarm at the same time;
